Do you know anyone who is pregnant and having pains in their neck or back? Many pregnant women think they can’t get adjusted while they are pregnant and suffer through an entire pregnancy with neck and back pain.  Pains can be caused from the pregnant body shifting in order to carry a child, or simply from not sleeping due to not being able to find a comfortable position.  In both of my pregnancies I found getting adjusted helped me with my headaches and low back pain.  I personally had a hard time falling asleep at night due to my back pain.  I found that I was getting relief from getting adjusted on a regular basis.  Two years ago I got certified in the proficiency using the Webster Technique, which is a technique designed for pregnant women.
